		<description>Well, it sure is a good idea, and it sure is doable with the JavaScript Infovis Toolkit.
You could check server side if you have already installed that module and add extra information in the data property for each node about its state. Then, you could change the styles of the labels accordingly.
You could also prune the tree server side and only return non-installed packages.</description>
